Yireh and Mahina Made are opening up a pop-up shop in South Shore Market! We are looking for a sales associate for the months of October-December!
Job Duties
- Assisting customers as they shop within the store
- Greeting customers
- Answering questions related to the merchandise and store policies
- Locating items for customers
- Steaming clothing
- Pulling items from backstock
- Keeping track of inventory
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the store
- Debriefing shifts with store owners
Skills Needed
- Strong work ethic and high level of self-motivation
- Has retail/sales experience
- Ability to learn new technology systems (Square POS)
- Reliable and dependable
- In shop availability at least 3-4 days a week
- Enthusiastic about ethical and sustainable fashion and empowering women.
- Must live on O'ahu and have the ability to commute to Honolulu
- Is passionate about supporting small business
This position will be paid $16 an hour. We will be open 7 days a week. The days in which associates work will be flexible but ideally, the candidate will have flexibility on weekends, and during the holiday season (we will be closed on major holidays). Free parking is available in the shopping center. These are the shift hours:
Morning shift: 10:30-3:30
Afternoon shift: 2:30-6:30
